I had the genuine pleasure of working with Farzy Rashid at Audi Ontario recently, to purchase my District Green Metallic Q5e. He went out of his way to get exactly what I asked for, which they did not have on the lot. Farzy listened and heard what I wanted and did not want, and made it happen. I actually met Farzy a few years ago at Audi Ontario and that meeting did not result in a sale, and yet it was a great experience. Farzy is so great, and in tune with his clients, that he remembered almost everything from the first time we met on the lot. That makes an impression. Super impressive, and his desire to make his clients feel that they are heard and taken care of is what will keep people coming back. His Sales Manager, Brett McKinley (who I have previously purchased vehicles from at another location) also incredible. They make a formidable team. If you're looking for an Audi, I seriously suggest you check in with these guys. More

I just purchased a brand new Audi Etron with Ian Horn at Audi Ontario.
