Awful Experience Recently went in and I was completely upset with the poor performance that was provided by one of the salesman. Loud, obnoxious and took me as a joke. Recently went in and I was completely upset with the poor performance that was provided by one of the salesman. Loud, obnoxious and took me as a joke. Everything to him was funny and it was apparent he did not care to sell me a car. I could have understood if the dealership was busy, but it was just me and maybe another family and it still took more than an hour just to get some numbers. Unfortunately, Devon BMW crumbled my desire of EVER owning a BMW. I went down the road to Audi; what an amazing experience I had! More

I still remember even a few weeks after i placed my order for my car i would question myself if i had really bought it, was it that easy? He really made it simple, relaxing, and a great car buying experience. I was put in touch with Chris over emails and after a phone call with him i felt very comfortable with dealing with him, everything else was handled through emails and phone. I actually never stepped foot into the dealership until i had to trade my car in. The wait was grueling but Chris made it easy with updates and even photos when the car when it arrived. He was very patient with my questions and even gave me a lot of very good advice and information which helped me with my order. Car dealers often get a bad reputation but Chris really made my first BMW experience stellar with really really really good customer service. I once told myself i would never leave Audi because i had a great sales guy but Chris at BMW Devon really made this the ultimate buying experience. I cannot forget Frank Muto who is a true professional, he took the time to explain my financing to me, as well as all the options that i could purchase in terms of warranties and what not. I was surprised there was absolutely no pressure and he gave me a lot of tips and sound advice. Props to Chris and Frank, BMW of Devon and BMW. I will definitely recommend them without any reservation. More
