Great Service!! We purchased a new X5 from BMW of Devon. I did not make an appointment, just walked in. Dale greeted us and showed us the car that we wanted. Kerry Simmons is awesome!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kerry Simmons & the dealership as a whole. By the time I left, I felt like I was dealing with friends. Ultimate Buying Experience Chris Blazer made the car buying experience easy. It was so relaxing and easy i was sometimes skeptical and surprised. I still remember even a few wee Chris Blazer made the car buying experience easy. It was so relaxing and easy i was sometimes skeptical and surprised. I still remember even a few weeks after i placed my order for my car i would question myself if i had really bought it, was it that easy? He really made it simple, relaxing, and a great car buying experience. I was put in touch with Chris over emails and after a phone call with him i felt very comfortable with dealing with him, everything else was handled through emails and phone. I actually never stepped foot into the dealership until i had to trade my car in. The wait was grueling but Chris made it easy with updates and even photos when the car when it arrived. He was very patient with my questions and even gave me a lot of very good advice and information which helped me with my order. Car dealers often get a bad reputation but Chris really made my first BMW experience stellar with really really really good customer service. I once told myself i would never leave Audi because i had a great sales guy but Chris at BMW Devon really made this the ultimate buying experience. I cannot forget Frank Muto who is a true professional, he took the time to explain my financing to me, as well as all the options that i could purchase in terms of warranties and what not. I was surprised there was absolutely no pressure and he gave me a lot of tips and sound advice. xxxxxxto Chris and Frank, BMW of Devon and BMW. I will definitely recommend them without any reservation. More

I made a few new friends! Took delivery for a 2105 M4 BMW from BMW of Devon and simply put, the car has exceeded my expectations in every way. Not to be outdone however, was Took delivery for a 2105 M4 BMW from BMW of Devon and simply put, the car has exceeded my expectations in every way. Not to be outdone however, was the outstanding treatment I received from the Sloane team. It started immediately when I received an intro call from David Sloane himself –he jump started the process and within minutes of our conversation I received a call from sales team Member Chris Blazer. From that point on until the car was delivered, Chris provided me with not only attentive advice and prompt follow through, but showed a genuine care and interest that everything in the sales/procurement process was to my satisfaction. Chris’s professionalism validated my decision to come to BMW of Devon and I could not be more pleased. In closing, It’s not often that one goes through the auto sales or any sales process and in the end wants to befriend the staff . In my case, that is exactly what happened. Thanks to David’s call and Chris’s excellent customer care, I will look no further for my next BMW purchase. I unequivocally give BMW of Devon my highest endorsement to any prospective buyer. You could not be in better hands and who knows you might make a few new friends along the way! Special thanks to GM Tony Lukanski and BMW Genius Joe Narke. Tony took great pains to insure timely delivery and fulfillment of a high demand, limited availability custom automobile. Joe has shown unending patience in fielding my questions -which by the way he continues to do going so far as meeting me at my home. I would be lost without him. More
