Very poor experience. I went to the dealer with the intention to purchase a car. I purchase a car but I am very unhappy with the overall service. For one, before signing th I went to the dealer with the intention to purchase a car. I purchase a car but I am very unhappy with the overall service. For one, before signing the papers I asked for a car fax, a second set of key, and the negotiating price. When I went to sign the paperwork I was told the has changed. When treatment to leave they honor the negotiated price. Before I left, I asked for the second key and the car fax. They told me there was no second set of keys. After I made a scene they agreed for me to get it made and I will get reimbursed. I made the key and gave the receipt to the manager. I am still waiting for reimbursement. The people at this car dealership does not care about service. They have no honor and I can not recommend them to anyone else. Very bad experience. More
