After some initial trepidation, we decided to finally buy a new car and after visiting numerous dealerships, landed on Autohaus BMW. While I had dreaded the process, I realized my worries were unfounded once we got to know Joe. He walked us through the process and negotiated a very fair deal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The walk through of the vehicles features with my wife and I by resident "BMW genius" Chris Buie was a nice touch as well. Chris followed up with me a few days after my purchase and had me come in to the dealership to discuss any issues I was having with becoming familiar with my new car. We went out to the car and Chris spent at least half an hour helping me understand the iDrive and other amenities. Chris also installed my new plates and BMW frames for the car. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and a great person to work with. More
