I've appreciated his friendly and enthusiastic attitude (I think he was more excited about seeing my new car than I was), good communication and willingness to go the extra mile for me (he was able to get the expiration date of a Drive for Team USA incentive extended when the delivery date of the car I ordered slipped). I came away with a comparably equipped new 340xi and a lower monthly lease payment! The supporting cast for this purchase (Rick, Chris) and everyone else I've interacted with in the service department over the last several years have been great as well. Highly recommended! More

We went out to the car and Chris spent at least half an hour helping me understand the iDrive and other amenities. Chris also installed my new plates and BMW frames for the car.
