Chris followed up with me a few days after my purchase and had me come in to the dealership to discuss any issues I was having with becoming familiar with my new car. We went out to the car and Chris spent at least half an hour helping me understand the iDrive and other amenities. Chris also installed my new plates and BMW frames for the car. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and a great person to work with. More
