I had several options added to my CRV Touring and Adam kept me posted on the progress of getting the vehicle ordered and when the installations of the options would be completed. I added the larger size tires and wheels which not only ride better but looks much better than the stock wheels & tires, also added the front & rear sport bumpers, side trim, cross bars, moon roof visor, and front mud flaps. The CRV turned out fantastic ! Adam did a good job going over all the controls, he took time and I didn't feel rushed at all. Great to work with. More

He made sure we were taken care of, we understood everything being explained to us and didn't want us to feel like we were being ignored, unheard or uncomfortable on the financial aspect. He was very honest, genuine and he made sure he got all of our questions answered even if he had to go to his supervisor Chris to ask. Chris Burns is a wonderful and understanding supervisor. We didn't have a great experience with the Jeff, the financial manager. He got frusatrated with me and my husband, very persistent for us to pay $375 monthly payments and made it seem since we made a good income every month, we could afford it since other people make less than us but yet they could afford it. So Chris Burns worked with us on the finances so that we were where we wanted to be within our financial means. They made sure they stood firm on their business, guarantee and the Honda motto. I can definitely say that we left reassured and comfortable knowing that our car was certified and guaranteed. Allen and Chris were very nice and very helpful!! More
