Closing was efficient and pleasant with options discussed clearly and sold honestly, with no unpleasant push-back when declined. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a model that they carry. More

Happy new Scion iA Owner! After having my old 2005 Scion xB reaching it's 10th year of life, I decided it was time to get a new model. I had been following the iA since it's an After having my old 2005 Scion xB reaching it's 10th year of life, I decided it was time to get a new model. I had been following the iA since it's announcement and was excited to learn they were to be released at the start of this month. Thanks to Nicole, the online rep who was very helpful, I knew exactly when they arrived! I went the Friday before Labor Day and was helped by Nathan, who was very knowledgeable about the car and we did the test drive and all the starter paperwork, appraised the old Box, and talked numbers. I have never leased before and Nathan explained it very clearly to me. Unfortunately I could not get the car that date because I had to take care of a few errands, and when I did, the color car I wanted was already sold. Nathan was quick to get me another car of the same color in one day! I came in to do my last set of paperwork and with Chris's help and explanations, took care of the finances. I am now the proud owner of a new Scion iA, and I look forward to all the dealings with service and events at the dealership in my lease time.
