Erin Shaw was incredible in her communications throughout the day leading up to the purchase of our wonderful new car. We were able to finalize costs and terms on the phone, text, and email to be able to kn the day leading up to the purchase of our wonderful new car. We were able to finalize costs and terms on the phone, text, and email to be able to know what I would be getting when I arrived in store. I had other dealership do a bait and switch on cars they claimed to have and did not when arriving. I knew showing driving the 40 minutes to Garden State Honda would be worth it because of the communication I had with Erin throughout the process. Upon arrival, Erin and the whole team (Chris Camillo and Bishoy) were wonderful in walking me through all of the paperwork and getting us setup with the car. I have already recommended Garden State Honda to my friends that are looking at Honda's at this time. Thanks you for a wonderful experience. More
