Buyer Beware — Don’t Waste Your Time Ive dealt directly with Chris Hernandes New car Manager This dealership claims it can beat any deal, but based on my experience, that claim does not hold up directly with Chris Hernandes New car Manager This dealership claims it can beat any deal, but based on my experience, that claim does not hold up. It appears to be a way to get customers to contact them with the expectation of receiving a better offer, only to be told later that the deal they already have is too good for them to beat. Here’s my advice: If another dealership has already given you a great deal, don’t waste your time chasing a promise that may not be delivered. Go with the deal you already have rather than spending time going back and forth with a dealership that ultimately may not be able to match it. I would strongly encourage buyers in Texas to do their homework, compare actual written offers, and be skeptical of blanket claims like “We’ll beat any deal.” A bold promise means nothing unless the dealership can back it up with real numbers. Save yourself the time, frustration, and unnecessary hassle. If you already have a better deal on the table, stick with it. Don’t let an advertising claim convince you to walk away from a deal that is already in your favor. More

We started the process with a Costco price and were so grateful that the dealership honored the discount, provided us with a clear out-the-door price, and made the entire process easy and transparent. We had also already been pre-approved through a different bank, and there was never any pressure or pushiness throughout the process. When we walked in and asked for Chris Cantu, they already knew he was expecting us and greeted us by name. That small gesture made us feel immediately welcomed and valued. We especially want to highlight and thank the entire team for their transparent pricing, clear and respectful communication, and genuinely no-pressure approach. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but they made it a positive and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I had a pretty good experience purchasing my car back in 11/25. The only issue I had was that I was told my brand new car did not come with mats, and I was offered to purchase them, which I declined. Months 11/25. The only issue I had was that I was told my brand new car did not come with mats, and I was offered to purchase them, which I declined. Months later, at my oil change at another vw dealership, I happened to find the sticker in my glove compartment that shows that mats were included with my car. The dealer told me that the mats should have came with the car. Very disappointed. More
