Excellent service! Great communication from start to finish - he kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to explain anything I didn't understand. 2nd visit in 5 days of Pacifica Hybrid Select purchase. Stale gas and charging codes. Needed passenger window replacement but somehow not added to ticket. Possible bad charger supplied with vehicle.
