Chris' game plan of working smarter, not harder plus maintaining a positive attitude has worked as evidenced by the fact that only four years ago he was hired by Autohaus as a porter and is now a client service advisor. It helps that he grew up around BMWs turning him into a certified "car guy". He enjoys watching motosport racing (ALMS, Formula One). Chris also likes to watch the Cardinals, NISA and NCAA basketball as well as PGA Tour Golf. He also plays golf.

Amazing Customer Service Autohaus has the best service department around. I have been to another dealership and there is NO comparison. The entire department is friendly and welcoming from the porters who greet you to the service team. The waiting area is clean, quiet and peaceful. Service Advisor Chris Clem is amazing. He has been taking care of me for nearly a decade. He makes handling the service of my car as easy as possible from scheduling an appointment that is convenient for me, getting me a loaner car so that I can get back to work and letting me know as soon as my car is complete and ready for pick up. Chris is always aware of the service schedule, what my car needs and how long it will take. If he knows my car will be in overnight, he always reminds me to get anything out of my car that I might need overnight (such as my garage door opener). He always makes sure my appointments are smooth and effortless and for that I am so thankful. More

Tire replacement I had two run-flat tires damaged from a pothole and Autohaus BMW was able to fit me in and replace all 4 tires the same day.
