Chris' game plan of working smarter, not harder plus maintaining a positive attitude has worked as evidenced by the fact that only four years ago he was hired by Autohaus as a porter and is now a client service advisor. It helps that he grew up around BMWs turning him into a certified "car guy". He enjoys watching motosport racing (ALMS, Formula One). Chris also likes to watch the Cardinals, NISA and NCAA basketball as well as PGA Tour Golf. He also plays golf.

Chris Clem is outstanding. He's knowledgable about the cars and is customer oriented. I've bought two cars from Renard over the past 5 years and he's great to work with. Everyone I have worked with at this dealership has been very cooperative and friendly. My BMW had to have the air conditioning repaired and it was still under warranty. There were no hassles and the job was very satisfactorily done. Also every fall because of the stems on my tires I get a low air pressure reading multiple times at the beginning of the winter.
