Great service, quick turnaround I thoroughly appreciate that BMW leases include all service for normal driving and warranty bumper to bumper but the service team at Autohaus, in part I thoroughly appreciate that BMW leases include all service for normal driving and warranty bumper to bumper but the service team at Autohaus, in particular Chris Clem who I ask for when I need service, is exceptional at what they do. They are polite and always try to accommodate the scheduling needs I have. They also put you in a loaner car that is in great condition and good working order whenever a longer service appointment is needed. I have had experiences with other BMW dealerships in St. Louis and none compare to the straightforward approach and service experience Autohaus offers. I purchase from there, in part, because of this consistency. More

Uber convenient and top quality service I have a 2005 3 series BMW. He schedules my appointment around my convenience, and informs me of any service items that require immediate attention. In turn, I'm usually not without my vehicle for more than a day. In addition, the fact that this service department provides loaner vehicles as a standard service feature is an immense convenience. No having to worry about getting a ride from friends or family. In fact, I already have a lead on which car I'm looking to purchase next. More

Top Notch Service! My car starting running hot, and I had to park it immediately. In addition, I was leaving twon in a couple of days. I called Chris Clem and informed him my situation, which included having my car towed to the service center. He determined the probable casue of the overheating coupled with an estimated cost, just in case. I left town requesting a friend handle the towing etc. I learned upon my return that Chris had been ill, nonetheless, had place the necessary information need on my repairs and the it went on without a hitch. In addition, it was completed the same day. Upon my return the following week, my car was in the garage and running well. To me this is the mark of a great/awesome service representative, and I applaud Autohaus and Chris Clem for going that extra step and grateful that he is MY service representative. More
