I purchased my 3 series BMW in 2005. It is well beyond its 5 year warranty and needs some maintenance here and there. When it is time for service, I always set my appointments with Chris Clem. In the event the service is going to take a little while, he is always able to provide me with a loaner car while mine is in service. Great personal service. They have been direct about what service they believe needs to be performed and why. Their service reps are knowledgeable and even have BMW driver's school training.They offer outsta service they believe needs to be performed and why. Appointment time for service was 8 a.m.; I was helped right away when I pulled in at 7:55 a.m. Chris explained the service needed on my vehicle, had a brand new 2012 loaner waiting to go.
