I never have a problem getting an appointment when I need to, Chris is always so nice and helpful and always keeps me informed of what work I need to have done with my car, how long it will take and how much it will cost. In the event the service is going to take a little while, he is always able to provide me with a loaner car while mine is in service. Appointment time for service was 8 a.m.; I was helped right away when I pulled in at 7:55 a.m. Chris explained the service needed on my vehicle, had a brand new 2012 loaner waiting to go. Everyone I have worked with at this dealership has been very cooperative and friendly. My BMW had to have the air conditioning repaired and it was still under warranty.
