Also as usual, we scheduled our appointment online and received a call later to say the appointment we chose was not available and we had to reschedule for a later time. This happens EVERY time and when we mention it we are told the online system does not work well and that we should call to make appointments. We prefer the ease of the online system but if it is not going to work, why offer it? More
