We are first time buyers and our experience could not have been better! Everyone in the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful! George was very patient, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the whole process. He walked us through the step by step process of becoming a new car owner and made sure we left completely satisfied. George even helped us set up the Bluetooth in our new 2014 Corolla and explained how to work all of the various components within the vehicle. The entire process was amazingly smooth, and we are more than happy with the complete experience. We will definitely be back to work with George for future purchases. . More

My experience could not have been better. Everything was excellent. I had a very bad series of experiences with Toyota of Richardson - and on the advice of co-workers, I tried Toyota of McKinney today. The difference between the two dealerships was night and day. My sal Richardson - and on the advice of co-workers, I tried Toyota of McKinney today. The difference between the two dealerships was night and day. My salesperson, a wonderful guy named George Mogollon, listened to me, educated me, never pressured me or misrepresented the offer. It was far and away the greatest car buying experience ever. This is my 8th Toyota - and I couldn't be more pleased with the dealership, the savings, the customer service and the dignity and respect I was met with today. My last car buying experience was so completely demoralizing, I had no idea car buying could be so much fun. I HIGHLY recommend Toyota of McKinney! And if you're lucky enough to get George as your sales rep, you'll never go anywhere else. The finance department was, again, the best I've ever dealt with. I never felt for one second that they were trying to put one over on me. Chris was a pleasure to work with too. Love, love, love Toyota of McKinney!!! You will too :D More

I came in looking for info on a new FR-S but not looking to buy just yet because I wanted to get a few things settled first. After talking to George Mogollon (972-741-1284) for a bit, we got the paperwork started so that when I came back it would be a smoother process. Once we got things rolling, it ended up being such a smooth process that I bought the car on the spot. George wasn't pushing me to buy it, he was very laid back and simply taking me through the process and they were so helpful with everything that I decided to take the car right then. They were able to work with me on getting the documentation I needed that I didn't have with me right then. The entire process was painless and smooth, and from stepping on the lot to driving off with my new car was 2 hours flat. Excellent dealership, George and Chris where super helpful and friendly without being pushy whatsoever. Would highly recommend getting a car here. More

Working with Shannon was absolutely the best, stress-free, enjoyable experience I've ever had buying a car! He is courteous, patient, laid back, accommodating and personable. He is very knowledgeable and never once came across as that 'pushy, hungry salesman-type' individual. If I had only one word to use to describe Shannon, it would be 'genuine'. He always met us with a smile and we were always treated with respect. I can't say enough positive things about our experience! If you've ever had a bad car-buying experience (and I have endured some horrific ones - especially as a woman!), I urge you to go talk to Shannon. Once we decided on a vehicle, I was SO worried about the next step - the dreaded Finance hurdle - the one where some dealerships make it their last chance to sell you something else. To my surprise and gratefulness, reviewing the paperwork and signing the documents with Chris was easy, fast, efficient and pleasant! Chris explained and reviewed each document without condscendence and we were in and out of Finance in no time! Chris was a class act and I would recommend him to anyone. I wanted to share my experience with Pat Lobb Toyota. I bought my first Toyota Camry in 2007. It was a very good experience. I decided to get a new 2012 Camry. I have to say this was the BEST car buying ex bought my first Toyota Camry in 2007. It was a very good experience. I decided to get a new 2012 Camry. I have to say this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. The people whom made it happen are Spike whom made the deal happen with his commitment to what I wanted.Spike was instumental in my purchase and he did exactly what he said he would do. His salesman Dave Cunningham is equally awesome that he and Spike made me feel like I was part of their family. It makes a difference to me when a dealership says they are going to do something and it happens. With regard to finance Chris Conroy is a genius and truly capped off my night in high fashion to make my deal come a reality. If you are going to get a car. You owe it to yourself to seek out Spike he will make it happen and he has your back. I was standing near him and another sales guy and he made this deal for a young couple that was going to not only get them in the vehicle they wanted but the way he went about it showed me he is a first class person not only that he made those people very happy you could see theri faces it was a reward i am sure to Spike and the salesman involved. I knew then I was going to be happy with my deal once complete. I emplore you to go to Pat Lobb find Spike, Dave Cunningham,and Chris and you will be happy as all of us were last night I guarantee it. I went for my 30,000 miles check up, oil change.Stepped outside to just look at he cars and Amanda approached me and said they had some great deals going on. Just her infectious smile alone made you trust her. I told her that I was here for an oil change, well she talked me into going for a test drive. And due to my credit score being better than 3 years ago, she told me they could lower my payments, which was very appealing. Very pleasant young lady, friendly, honest and sat down with Spike and he asked me what exactly I was looking to pay. Between them I was signing papers. Final visit with Chris- I was also looking for an extended warranty/ road assistance- well he dug in a little bit- and got me this great deal not really affecting the payment i wanted. this is my 2nd car i have bought from Pat Lobb- I have the option to go 5 minutes away from my house to Plano Toyota for services- i choose to drive 1/2 hour to Patt Lobb. I truly trust them- everyone is friendly, acknowledges you to see if you need any help, and I just feel comfortable goin there. Amanda was there till I exchanged my car belongings, and she even helped me transfer my trunk belongings. Which I thought was very nice. We did not leave with a hand shake, I gave her a hug. I would recommend Patt Lobb to everyone and anyone. My experinces there have been nothing but the best- even passer by will ask if you'd like something to drink. Very family oriented, caring people and going out of their way for everyone. More

This was probably the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. I normally hate shopping for a car. I found Mel to be low pressure, very knowledgable, and a very nice person. He answered all questions and made us feel comfortable with our choice. I highly recommend to anyone buying a car, go by and see Mel Williams at Pat Lobb Toyota. Chris in the Finance Dept was also very helpful in our purchase. He made the transaction quick, seamless and provided all the information we needed to make the best decision.
