Very helpful despite the cost of axel replacement was very expensive and I think should be covered by Warranty and not accidental. The car is brand new and also was stuck in your dealership for 2mo where very expensive and I think should be covered by Warranty and not accidental. The car is brand new and also was stuck in your dealership for 2mo where it sat idle. So, I don't know how the valve boots have holes. More

I honestly cant explain how happy and relieved to have worked with Chris in the service department. I bought my car at this dealer. Chris has been right there with me every time whether I need a repair worked with Chris in the service department. I bought my car at this dealer. Chris has been right there with me every time whether I need a repair or maintenance. I completely trust and confident with him and can't say thank you enough. Chris was responsible and professional which was always appreciated. I needed a loaner car and he arranged it. My car came back perfect especially since it was a difficult situation. Chris would get back to me all along the way with updates and explanations . You can be sure that I will not go to any other dealer because of him as needed in the future. He should get a "excellent" on all items below. More
