My name is Chris Curtis, Assistant Service Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. Joining the Germain team in May 2018 I have a vast background working in the automotive industry since 1993. I strive every day to provide the best value in service with a smile and a handshake. Born and raised in Granville, OH I enjoyed being from a small town. I’m a graduate of Granville HS and participated in numerous manufacturer training seminars. My wife Jennifer and I have 5 children, Chase, Gwen, Alex, Abby, and Keegan. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, preferably at a beach. My favorite vacation escape happens to be South Florida. If I were to be a superhero I would have to be Ironman, he has cool toys and gadgets. When relaxing especially at the beach I enjoy kicking back and listening to my favorite tune One by U2. My favorite Toyota is the Camry, it’s sporty yet functional.

Courteous Advisor and competent Technician! I recently had my auto serviced by Germain during the current Pandemic. I was a little leery to have my car serviced during this time. Germain han I recently had my auto serviced by Germain during the current Pandemic. I was a little leery to have my car serviced during this time. Germain handled the process to protect both their employee and me quite well! From their Service Advisor wearing a protective mask, using plastic covers inside of my auto, to wiping down my auto before its return. In addition, they installed Plexiglas shielding at all transaction points and marked the floor to note safe standing distance while in line. Finally and equally important the service of my auto was done well and to my satisfaction! Thank you! More

After purchasing my Rav4, I had 2 tire issues in the span of a week. The first time, the sales associate I worked with aired up the tires for me and told me to come back if I had anymore issues. The second t of a week. The first time, the sales associate I worked with aired up the tires for me and told me to come back if I had anymore issues. The second time, Tanesha (my sales associate) got in contact with the service department and they made the time t look at the car right then and there. Even with an otherwise full schedule, the service department was able to evaluate my tires. Instead of just replacing the tire with the issue, they replaced 3 tires to match the one they replaced before I purchased the vehicle at no cost to me (by negotiation of the sales manager). These guys are the real deal when it comes to taking care of their customers and I really appreciate them! More

I had an appointment for 35,000 mile warranty work on my Prius. The work completed in a timely manner. After I returned home I received a call from Chris in the service department. He explained someone h Prius. The work completed in a timely manner. After I returned home I received a call from Chris in the service department. He explained someone had noticed an oil spot where my car was parked when I picked it up and drove home. He was concerned I told him I would return the car in the morning but he insisted on sending people from his team come and take the car back to the dealership. The came , cleaned the oil on my garage floor and took the car. Later that evening they returned my car, apologized for any inconvenience and had even thrown in a mini detail on my car. Brought my car in for service as usual and to replace the windshield wipers. A few minutes after I drove away I noticed a 5-6 “ horizontal crack very low in the front windshield. I notified service and ca windshield wipers. A few minutes after I drove away I noticed a 5-6 “ horizontal crack very low in the front windshield. I notified service and came back to show them my windshield. Manager came out lifted the windshield wiper and said a rock hit it. He left. Chris agreed and we were dismissed. I have asked many people, could this have been caused by a rock? All said it is under the wiper and impossible to have happen that way. All are convinced someone dropped a hard object on the windshield when the wiper was removed. This was my second Prius and my fourth car from Germain. I am due to buy another car this year but hesitate to stay with your company. Wilhe More

I drove in my 2008 Toyota Highlander for diagnostics. The brake was not holding instantly when applied. By the time you guys were done with diagnostics, my car could no longer start, Remember, I drove it the brake was not holding instantly when applied. By the time you guys were done with diagnostics, my car could no longer start, Remember, I drove it there myself with no starting issues, just brakes not holding firm. You guys spoilt something in my car and made it worse. I need you to rectify this terrible situation. For now, o regret bringing my car to Germaine Toyota. More
