My name is Chris Curtis, Assistant Service Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. Joining the Germain team in May 2018 I have a vast background working in the automotive industry since 1993. I strive every day to provide the best value in service with a smile and a handshake. Born and raised in Granville, OH I enjoyed being from a small town. I’m a graduate of Granville HS and participated in numerous manufacturer training seminars. My wife Jennifer and I have 5 children, Chase, Gwen, Alex, Abby, and Keegan. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, preferably at a beach. My favorite vacation escape happens to be South Florida. If I were to be a superhero I would have to be Ironman, he has cool toys and gadgets. When relaxing especially at the beach I enjoy kicking back and listening to my favorite tune One by U2. My favorite Toyota is the Camry, it’s sporty yet functional.

Quick and Easy I had just pulled into my garage and heard loud hissing. My passenger side front tire was completely flat in minutes. Went in for a repair...... For some lugnuts to be replaced and a They replaced 4 of them but it cost 240.... And they didn't even bother to put air in the flat tire. Always 5 star service. You could not ask for better employees. I have never had to wait a long period of time. They make you feel welcome and respect everyone that walks in the door. employees. Billy Blanton and Brandon (?) Hood were excellent to work with. I’ve never worked with Brandon before but would like to request him for every service if that’s a possibility. The service department does a great job. They keep you informed about what is going on with your vehicle and what needs done. Since vehicles are so complex, occasionally issues have arisen after a servic informed about what is going on with your vehicle and what needs done.
