My name is Chris Curtis, Assistant Service Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. Joining the Germain team in May 2018 I have a vast background working in the automotive industry since 1993. I strive every day to provide the best value in service with a smile and a handshake. Born and raised in Granville, OH I enjoyed being from a small town. I’m a graduate of Granville HS and participated in numerous manufacturer training seminars. My wife Jennifer and I have 5 children, Chase, Gwen, Alex, Abby, and Keegan. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, preferably at a beach. My favorite vacation escape happens to be South Florida. If I were to be a superhero I would have to be Ironman, he has cool toys and gadgets. When relaxing especially at the beach I enjoy kicking back and listening to my favorite tune One by U2. My favorite Toyota is the Camry, it’s sporty yet functional.

We always have a good experience here. We bring all 3 cars here to get serviced even though 2 weren’t purchased here and one is not a Toyota. Everyone is always very friendly. I came in for a recall repair on my Corolla. I have been to this service center before and although their work is good, they try to nickel & dime you into other minor repairs. In addition, they asked for my to this service center before and although their work is good, they try to nickel & dime you into other minor repairs. In addition, they asked for my cell and email so they could reach me when the repair was finished. I brought it in the day before my actual appointment time since I was able. They never informed me that it was finished that evening before my 7 AM appointment time the next day. When I arrived to check on my car, they said it was all finished and had been since the night before and I said I never received a call. They stated that they had texted me and sent me an email. I never had any text or email regarding my car from Toyota. I’ve never known them to be good communicators at this service center. More

3 hours for an oil chang! It sat for 25 minutes before I asked about an eta and the papers had already been printed withthe time on it that'show I know it was 25 additional.
