At that point I went online to check prices, and received a quote (via edmunds.com) from Chris Czaja at Grand. His price was well below invoice, the best I had received from anyone. It was totally worth the 2 hour drive from my house to the dealership. Chris was AWESOME!!! He responded promptly to my every email, phone call and text message, and we had the deal settled in a matter of hours. He was straightforward and thorough. He explained everything I needed to know, and what I needed to bring with me to pick up the car. He came in early on a Saturday to take care of me. I've had the car for less than a week and he has called several times to make sure I am happy and answer any additional questions I have. I would recommend Grand Subaru and Chris Czaja to anyone looking for a vehicle. I normally enjoy car shopping about as much as bathing suit shopping (which is to say, not at all), but I found my experience with Chris and Grand to be grand. :) More

I was able to resist most of the addition products they sell but I think they offer very good add ons as long as you negotiate the prices. More

He was incredibly responsive, answered all my questions honestly and provided me with an excellent quoted price. What can I say other than this is what car buying should be like....no hard sell, no BS...just people that know their product and offer it at a great price. When it came time to pick up the car, they honored all agreements, spent all the time I needed going over features and I drove off with a smile. It was well worth the 3 hour drive. More

I was not pressured to purchase any additional accessories/warranties by none of the departments I have dealt with, which honestly I really liked. I was informed of the options, but no pressure to get it. All employees were very friendly, honest and always made sure I was being helped even during my wait time. Chris Czaja was very informative about the car and explained all details very clearly. As my first time experience buying a brand new car I was very happy with it. Definitely recommend it if Subaru is your car of choice. My only issue was the wait time to finish up my purchase, but it was not the employees fault and I completely understood since they were busy. Chris Czaja kept me informed and apologized at all times about the wait time. More

No other dealership in the area could even match it, and they were shocked at how good it was. In addition, he was upfront about licensing fees, add ons and taxes. I had the bottom line before I even went in to look at the car, and it was the exact amount that I ended up paying for it.
