My husband and I recently purchased our 5th Subaru so we were sold on Subaru but we had not previously bou dealing with Chris Czaja and Grand Subaru. After deciding which make and model we wanted, I contacted True Car through Consumer Reports because I hate the haggling and BS which usually go with buying a car. Chris contacted me and made the experience as easy and pleasurable as buying a car can be. He was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Best of all, the price that he first told me was the price that I was charged and I know from speaking to other dealers that it was a good and fair price. No surprise add-ons, price changes or service managers to get price approval from. I think that Chris is a genuine and honest guy. What a breath of fresh air from my previous experience with other dealers. All around good job Grand Subaru and Chris Czaja!!! More
