I got a fantastic price and saved enough over my local dealer to pay for a nice mini vacation for my wife and I in Chicago. He even personally picked us up from the airport! Even AFTER the sale he went above and beyond to help me with expediting some paperwork to me. I can't say enough what a great purchase experience this was. A Most Positive Experience We originally were exploring the Consumer Reports New Vehicle website and received a guaranteed discount rate through the buying service with Grand Su We originally were exploring the Consumer Reports New Vehicle website and received a guaranteed discount rate through the buying service with Grand Subaru. After receiving acknowledgments of our inquiry, we called Chris Czaja, internet sales, to set up an appointment. We understood in advance by talking to him that the discount would apply to factory orders of either the Outback or Forester, but only to dealer inventory of the more widely available Forester. Chris greeted us with a friendly welcome, facilitated having the Outback and Forester models available for test driving, thoroughly explained all model equipment options, and once we made our decision, created the paperwork with the guaranteed discount as promised, with no hassle or haggling. When the vehicle was ready, he displayed very detailed knowledge in explaining how the car functions worked and reassured us he is always available for any future questions. The entire experience was very easy, and we would highly recommend the dealership and Chris Czaja for outstanding customer service. More
