Responsive via email,text and phone. We made an appointment and he worked with me until the deal was done. He listened, asked good questions and never pressured me into making decisions I was the least bit uncomfortable with. Al in finance was great - I felt very comfortable, he made that part of the experience easy! Buying a car is never a quick process and often times it can be painful... Grand Subaru really puts the focus on a good customer experience which makes it easy and painless to do business with! I would highly recommend Grand Subaru for buying, trading and service without question~! More

Overall, an Excellent Experience I was considering buying a 2015 Subaru Legacy Premium, based mostly on Consumer Reports' naming it the best car of the year, and I used the Consumer R I was considering buying a 2015 Subaru Legacy Premium, based mostly on Consumer Reports' naming it the best car of the year, and I used the Consumer Reports car buying service to find dealers and prices. Grand Subaru had the lowest price and the best online reviews of the various other suggested dealers, so I went there first. Chris Czaja was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful (as was Joe D'Andrea later in the process), and he suggested that I test-drive a fully loaded Legacy Limited that was available for purchase. I fell in love with the car and ended up purchasing it. (To get all the features I wanted on a Premium I would have had to wait at least 4 months, and of course the price would have been higher than that quoted for the basic model.) I never did go to the other dealers suggested by CR, and I am as happy with the price I paid as I ever have been with the price of an automobile. I've had the car for a week now, and I'm still pleased with it and the experience of buying it. More
