Chris Czaja Salesperson Chris was fantastic to work with, he was able to dealer locate the vehicle I wanted when no other dealers offered to do this. He answered all of my questions that I emailed to him very quick. Additionally, he emailed me on the day I was to pick up my vehicle to remind me of things I should bring. I would recommend Chris. Love, Love, Love the car! Ultimately we had a great experience at Grand Subaru. Chris Czaja provided excellent service and we were very happy when we left the dealership with Ultimately we had a great experience at Grand Subaru. Chris Czaja provided excellent service and we were very happy when we left the dealership with our new car. My only negative is the time that it takes to work through the process. This is not a problem with the dealership but with car buying in general. When a consumer knows that they want, they do not want to have to do the "dance" of negotiation with the salesperson, the sales person's manager and the finance person. Just let us buy the car. Thanks Chris for a great job! More

New forrester I have been a customer since the inception of Grand Subaru. I am on my 3rd Forester!!!!!,I feel that I was always listened to and HEARD. This purchase I have been a customer since the inception of Grand Subaru. I am on my 3rd Forester!!!!!,I feel that I was always listened to and HEARD. This purchase was handled easily by Chiis, I had Joe give up his office, internet issues in the temp. offices , and had a conversation with Mike all approachable and just NICE people. I bring my visit 1st to Grand because of my experiences in service with Joe and Occasionally Anthony, reasonable and again ,my perception is that they LISTEN to their customers. Thanks More

My wife and I first showed up looking to test driv I highly highly recommend using Chris @ Grand Subaru. Chris was a "no pressure" kind of salesman. My wife and I first showed up looking to test drive the Legacy and the Impreza. Chris let us ride alone and experience the car for ourselves. I felt no pressure and was able to focus on the things I wanted to and not a "salesman agenda." I would come back to this dealership for my next Subaru! More
