I new the general vehicle I wanted, but needed more information about the packages, options, etc. It turned out that Wellesely Toyota did not have the exact vehicle I wanted in their inventory, but when I gave Chris the precise details I wanted, he quickly found the vehicle I wanted nearby, and we agreed on a price. Chris handled all the purchase logistics -- Payoff of my trade in loan, new financing, registration, plates transfer, etc. I drove away my new vehicle just 3 days after putting in my request. In addition, Chris's team continued with instructions about my new truck, registration and inspection etc. Excellent experience. More

If anyone has ever gone shopping for a new car and experienced the lengthy volley - being bounced between sales, sales manager, finance, finance manager, then you know what I am talking about! This would be my 6th Toyota lease. I have never purchased/leased from Wellesley Toyota but since moving to Newton, have had my vehicle serviced at Wellesley so.... I thought I would give the dealership a shot. My visit with Chris Davey and "Now Way" was totally stress free! It was the quickest purchase I have ever made! Chris was great. And.. the test drive with Andrew was surpassed by his educating me on my new car. I thought I knew all there was to know... it is my 6th Rav 4 after all! But Andrew made sure I was familiar with all the features the vehicle had to offer. You can purchase a car anyplace. It is the service you receive that keeps you coming back! A wonderful experience! On Wednesday, October 21, I took my 2004 Rav 4 in for a routine service. The mileage was 99,300. The service manager explained that my entire exhaust system needed replacement. I loved the Rav, but decided it would not be cost effective to put $3800.00 into an eleven year old car. That day we met with a wonderful sales representative and decided to purchase a 2015 Rav 4. I picked it up on Saturday. This was the easiest, friendliest experience ever! I would recommend Totota of Wellesley unconditionally! Shout out to Nai Ko and also Chris Davey, and all of the staff, including the lovely receptionist who gave our two year old grandchild a toy truck which occupied him while we signed papers! More
