Excellent Vehicle Buying Experiance Upon entering the dealership my wife and I were helped right away by a sales associate. We did not even have to go to the service desk. I ask for a sales person that used to work at Dick Brooks and who we bought a 2015 CRV from several years ago. The person that was helping us explained that he had retired. I had been told by someone who bought a car from Dick Brooks several months ago to ask for Chris DeWitt if the sales person we used before was not there. Chris came out right away and with in 2 hours we had test driven the vehicle we were looking for, (2019 Pilot) made the deal, done the paperwork and were ready to go. We may or may not have not gotten the best price we could have if we had gone to several dealerships, but we feel like we got a very fair deal and an excellent buying experience. No need to waste my time anywhere else. We had a couple of options added and Dick Brooks took care of that and had the vehicle ready to pick up the next day. Delivery of the Pilot was also excellent More
