Great Overall Experience with Chris Derrick Let me start my review by saying that Chris Derrick is the reason I purchased from Metro Ford. He's was great to work with, answered all my questions Let me start my review by saying that Chris Derrick is the reason I purchased from Metro Ford. He's was great to work with, answered all my questions (calls and texts) with no pressure and no BS. In most cases price sales cars and Metro Ford was able to match the best deal I could find in the state. I did run into an issue with the Sales Manager when it came time to pull the trigger, but General Manager Jason Hutton was accessible by phone and quickly and easily resolved it. I would definitely recommend these guys if you're on the market for a new Ford. More

Our 08 f250 was vandalized and the insurance decided it was too much to fix so they said it was a total loss. We started looking thru our insurance and Metro Ford popped up with a truck that was almost ide was too much to fix so they said it was a total loss. We started looking thru our insurance and Metro Ford popped up with a truck that was almost identical to our previous truck. When we got there everyone was nice but once we told them the truck we wanted we were told "That only price is only if you have a trade in." They were going to add $4000 on top of the internet price. Our insurance company had sent us an email with a certificate saying we would be paying the internet price plus the documentary fee. After agreeing to honor the insurance certificate you could tell they were not happy. I would have recommended had they not tried to add 4000 to the price when we got there. More
