Chris was excellent to deal with, I felt like I wasn’t being sold and that he pushed for the very best deal. Because of him I was able to surprise my wife with a brand new 2025 Honda Elite in a very new s being sold and that he pushed for the very best deal. Because of him I was able to surprise my wife with a brand new 2025 Honda Elite in a very new sonic grey pearl color. Best part about this is he got me close to what I paid for my old Honda they purchased off me. I made the trip from PA to Belair because of the customer service here. I must say this had been the easiest car buying experience. I have been looking for an SUV for my husband as an anniversary gift. I've been shopping around almost all Honda dealers in MD, but only experience. I have been looking for an SUV for my husband as an anniversary gift. I've been shopping around almost all Honda dealers in MD, but only Heritage Honda Belair delivered. Shawn and Chris are so helpful. Shawn was great with negotiations. He was honest, and we didn't feel pressured at all. Chris and Rylee were also phenomenal. They knew what they were doing, and they were very welcoming of questions. Chris showed my husband how the buttons on the dashboard work and important reminders before driving his new car. We received an email and SMS from him the next day to ask how we were doing with the new car and if we needed anything. I have never experienced this with previous car dealers. Overall, I am so satisfied with the service. More
