When we brought in our HHR to Palm Chevrolet for service, we had the good fortune to meet Glenn. He was extremely patient, listened to our concerns and explained the service process at Palm. Our car was "worked in" for same day service. Glenn kept us informed every step of the way. Even though our car was long out of warranty, we always returned to Glenn for any service needs. His professionalism was a key reason that when we were ready to buy, we went to Palm Chevrolet. While HHRs were no longer being made, we finally decided on the Captiva. Got with Chris Drewry, while talking to him about what I was looking for he mentioned a nice 2008 Dodge Ram 2500, since I had a 1500 Ram I told him I would like to look at it, he had mentioned that it was a manual shift transmission but I told him I would like to look at it anyway since I had driven 18 wheelers for several years prior to retiring. The truck was immaculate it was a 2008 2500 Ram with only 22000 miles on a 6.7 diesel engine. We did some number tossing back and forth, and finally got J. D. Piatek in the room and got the price where we both could come to an agreement. This truck looked like it came off the show room floor, I couldn't be happier with it. Both Chris and J.D were very nice, you couldn't ask for a more professional group of salesmen that those two individuals. More
