He was busily helping other customers but quickly got us hooked up with Chris Duncanson another internet salesman who was equally sufficient, knowledgable, freindly and eager to please. We took a test drive and Chris Duncanson explained the ins and outs as well as the capabilities of the vehicle in depth. He answered all of our questions with knowledgable confidence. Way impressed, finally a dealership that wanted our business and was showing us. Chris worked the numbers to fit our budget without us even having to haggle over price and before we knew it we were Acura owners. Awesome! He has always taken excellent car of me over the 10 year relationship. He referred me to Chris. Chris was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in his discussions about the relative value of a new versus a certified, low mileage used car. I told him what my criteria were and he met them. I am extremely pleased with the deal and the car, a TSX with nav with ~ 7800 miles in the color I wanted. He easily instilled confidence in me. Kevin made the financing easy and quick and was very helpful in his advice re options. Larry took the time to come over and speak with me and congratulate me on my purchase. Although my initial intention was to begin the search, I am pleased that I was able to get what I wanted with the dealer I trust. More

The closing was handled by Sue Ellen Rumple. She makes a very complicated process very easy. She is easy to deal with and takes through the paperwork with expertize and confidence.
