Our salesperson, Chloe, was great. The person who handled our paperwork was very nice (when we completed the documents), I belief that was Chris. I did not think it was fair for me to pay the entire amount as I paid what was supposed to be the correct amount. I asked if we could split the $500 but that was rejected. I paid the full amount but it defiantly gave me a bad feeling about this dealership. This is the third vehicle we have leased or purchased and I thought a long term customer would be treated better.
