Don't buy their used cars I am a return customer, i purchased a new dodge ram last year, was a good deal, not the best, but needed a car for my daughter to drive for a couple y I am a return customer, i purchased a new dodge ram last year, was a good deal, not the best, but needed a car for my daughter to drive for a couple years, so we looked at a few, they wanted over a $1000 more then the value of Car#1 we looked at, and it had a engine oil leak that made a small spot under the car, and it had only had been setting there for like an hour before we got there to look at it, state of Texas inspections would have fail a cars annual inspection for leaks like that. car#2 we looked at, had tires on it that had uneven wear from an alignment or rotation issue, and i could not feel any tread left, they said it passed the 3/32 min for sale, yeah in their dreams, it has to have a minimum of 3/32 in the lowest spot to pass. car #3 had new looking tires, ran good on the 10 min test drive, but real dirty interior, had to ask them to clean it 3 times before they did it, also tire sensor was going off, asked them to fix it before purchase, they didn't, had to wait 3 hrs after sale to get it done, then drove home, i live 60 miles away, got home, the car would not shift, would not accelerate to get out of the road to park it, called them 2 hrs later, was told we had shifted it into low gear that was all, the car does not have that option to manually shift it to 1st gear. babied it back home, and then it took 10 seconds to start, but issue went away, was told by the dealer ship, SORRY AS IS. I asked them to take it back and let me apply the money to another car, since this one broke down within 2 hrs of buying it, and was told, we'll give you $1500 for trade value, on another car, I paid $3400, so they wanted 1900 plus all the taxes and fee's i paid for their profit. Don't buy there used junk, they don't care about you after the sale, and the salesman, nick ware, texted my daughter "ha ha, the dip #$%^ is going to get a lawyer", I'd not said anything about a lawyer to anyone, I was trying to deal with them and see if they cared about their customers, thinking he was texting someone else about me, very unprofessional, and the management doesn't return your calls, i left several voice mails, messages with other staff, and was sent to a different person every time i called. More
