Doing business over the phone long distance can be a challenge, but not with personel like Lacy, Dieter, Chris, and Kay Lynn!!! Lacy had in my email inbox 2 "DETAILED QUOTES" of the 2 Vernon vehicles we liked because I asked for a breakdown, taxes, licencing etc. The Houston dealership couldn't be bothered and in the process lost a previous customer. That was monday morning, Chris then worked out some rough edges, Dieter took care of everything else and Kay Lynn wrapped up the paperwork. Leave New Mexico 11 am arrive Vernon 530 pm, sign seal and close on our beautiful 2013 Avalanche, and head home to New Mexico less than 2 hours later. More

Then James, Terry, Chris, and Matt all got together to make the price good. I apreciate the personal service all of these people gave me and my wife. We had priced one in Llano tx and also in Marble Fall, Tx and the Vernon team was able to beat their price. More
