Upon returning to the service center to have the new issue diagnosed, the technician simply inspected the battery cables—a step I had already taken myself. They were unable to find the root cause and directed me to seek help elsewhere. To make matters worse, the staff struggled to close my car door, a task I easily managed. This lack of thoroughness and basic competence is unacceptable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere."
