We had an appt for an oil change but we were still there
for almost two hours. When we arrived, the person checking us in asked if they could rotate the tires. My husband said, "Uh, sure." We weren't told t
for almost two hours. When we arrived, the person checking us in asked if they could rotate the tires. My husband said, "Uh, sure." We weren't told there would be an additional charge of $21.95. As we were checking out, my husband noticed a charge for $9.95. It stated, "Customer requests to add flow chemicals oil additive." At no point in time did we request an oil additive. We then noticed another charge for $12.95. That stated, "Customer requests fuel additive." We also did not request a fuel additive. Our oil change went from $75 to $135. When we questioned the man at checkout, he had no response. Needless to say, we were not satisfied with this service.
