Took three trips to fix a window that worked sometimes. 1st trip to diagnose. 2nd trip to find out wrong part. 3rd tip to finally fix the window. Part was a window module. Simply unplug old, plug in the 1st trip to diagnose. 2nd trip to find out wrong part. 3rd tip to finally fix the window. Part was a window module. Simply unplug old, plug in the new. Sat in their waiting room for three hours total and cost 💲 651.29. Not happy with them at all. I hope I don’t need services for going forward, but if so it won’t be there. I will not be buying another KIA. More
