Poor customer service. Poor workmanship. No responsibility or accountability whatsoever. Do not take your car to this service center. My Jeep is worse after a year and half Poor workmanship. Last minute trip to Cincinnati from Tennessee Just pulled in for service and was given a car to drive to Dr. appointment so I wouldnt be late. Do not buy from here! They do not back the vehicles they sell. They do not care about their customers. They charged us $1,000 for diagnostics to tell us our engine needed to be replaced at 87,000 miles and sell. They do not care about their customers. They charged us $1,000 for diagnostics to tell us our engine needed to be replaced at 87,000 miles and only 5 years old and wanted $10,000 to replace the engine. Don't waste your time or money!!!
