I contacted Chris as soon as I knew I was going to have VW buy back my vehicle. I knew I wanted a Ford Escape - told him what I was looking for, and he could not have been any more helpful!! Because so many things were up in the air with the VW buyback process, I never knew how or when I would be able to complete the transaction, how I was going to be without a car until the check came etc...... Chris was so helpful throughout and kept me calm as we walked through this experience together! I am so grateful for his help - and that of the Finance Department, I couldn't have had an easier experience!! More

Chris helped us right from the beginning and made the car buying process so much easier. He walked around there huge lot to pick out the car we wanted. He also showed us all the options of the car and how to use it. He made us feel welcomed and made sure we had the best deal. We live a bit further away and Chris even mailed our plates to us when they came in. He went above and beyond and I thank him and everyone at Malouf for making us feel great, happy with our car, and being there when we needed them. More
