Excellent experience from start to finish! So happy we did! We arrived an hour prior to closing to test drive the Escape and Chris, our sales consultant could not have been more knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. When we picked up the car, Chris took his time to explain all the features. His follow up with phone calls and email were extremely appreciated. We would highly recommend Chris and Malouf Ford to friends and family. Overall a GREAT experience!!!! More

Because so many things were up in the air with the VW buyback process, I never knew how or when I would be able to complete the transaction, how I was going to be without a car until the check came etc......
