When I go to Malouf I feel like I am a friend of the staff not just a customer. The car that Chris Fitzgerald recommended to me was the best car that I purchased yet. Ford Fusion Energi is amazing for my 110 mile commute everyday. I would never buy from anyone else again... Well done Maloufs!!!! More

Could not ask for a better team to put me in my new lease. Entire process was smooth and stream lined. You will not find any of that nonsense price haggling here at Malouf - which I have no time for. Chris Fitzgerald and Don Brown knew exactly what I was looking for, what I really wanted (because they listen) and set me up. We came in, signed and we were on our way in no time. Was perfect, the reason we keep coming back and will continue to recommend. More

He was very knowledgeable about the car, its workings, and found a model that had the "must have" features that my wife wanted. It was a pleasant car buying experience and I will definitely be buying my next Lincoln from him, whether it be another MKZ or the new Continental when it comes out. More
