When I took final delivery of my new MKX, Chris got in the car for me and went over ever detail of the controls like it was his own car. I couldn't believe how many details he knew about the vehicle. The financing/warrantee guy was super efficient and had everything ready for me when I got to his office. He gave me a couple extended warrantee options, I made a decision and the paper work was seamless and took only a few minutes to complete. The service center is as good as the front of the house. Easy to deal with, accommodating with a loaner vehicle and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Great dealership, great people and a good, solid company to deal with. They made me feel very comfortable. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. More
