From the time I called the service department and scheduled my appointment Fley was very informative and communicative. Text me with constant updates I brought my car in for a tire warranty. Fley noticed my check engine was on and found out it was covered by warranty. That was wonderful news! The last Kia dealership couldn’t fix it and in less than 2 hours Greenway’s mechanic had it diagnosed and part ordered. This is what top notch service is all about. When I picked up my car Fley walked me out and explained everything to me. If you want the best Kia service in Orlando visit Greenway Kia and ask for Fley! More

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at the Longwood dealership. I made an appointment for Monday morning last week and was told my car would be l frustration with the service I received at the Longwood dealership. I made an appointment for Monday morning last week and was told my car would be looked at promptly. However, despite being the first appointment, my car wasn't examined until 4 pm. The delay was compounded by the news that a part would be needed, which wouldn't arrive for a week. This left me without a car and insufficient time to arrange alternative transportation for work. I was also not offered a rental car. Making an appointment seems pointless if it's not being respected. Throughout the week, I tried to get updates on my car's issues with oil and coolant loss, but was only told that a fuel pump had been ordered. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager, but my requests were denied. When I picked up my car, I was charged for an unauthorized oil change. To add insult to injury, the car was returned in a filthy condition, with black stains on the seats and exterior, despite my request for it to be cleaned. I hope you'll look into this and take steps to improve the service at the Longwood dealership. More
