.y car has 33k miles on it my ac stopped working. This location took me the soonest which was nice but the rep I got Nick was horrible. He never returned my calls I had to make a follow up appointment bec location took me the soonest which was nice but the rep I got Nick was horrible. He never returned my calls I had to make a follow up appointment because my compressor was replaced but my ac was still not blowing cold and I smelt the freon leaking. He then called me instead of the manager I asked for he made an appointment a week from that date because he said he would have a loner car for me. The appointment was not made the k fully I called to confirm before I left because I had no faith in him and I didn't get a confirmation text. Glad I did because there was no appointment made he apologized and forgot who I even was made the appointment for the next day promised me a loaner. Again he didn't make the appointment like he said I waited 4 hours to get the confirmation and did t so I called service and made the appointment myself. When I went in the next day he had me wait instead of giving me the loaner, for that I wouldn't have waited a week with no cold ac. After waiting an hour he said the technicians checked it all and said it was blowing good. I just left I didn't want to deal with him anymore I live in Deltona and the trip was far for me. I'm going to deal with DeLand hopefully they can fix the problem because it still not blowing cold air More
