It was an honor to work with Mike, this is my 4th brand new car bought from this dealership and hands down Mike was the best salesman I have had the pleasure of working with, 100% recommend if you are shop new car bought from this dealership and hands down Mike was the best salesman I have had the pleasure of working with, 100% recommend if you are shopping for a new car go see MIKE!!! .y car has 33k miles on it my ac stopped working. This location took me the soonest which was nice but the rep I got Nick was horrible. He never returned my calls I had to make a follow up appointment bec location took me the soonest which was nice but the rep I got Nick was horrible. He never returned my calls I had to make a follow up appointment because my compressor was replaced but my ac was still not blowing cold and I smelt the freon leaking. He then called me instead of the manager I asked for he made an appointment a week from that date because he said he would have a loner car for me. The appointment was not made the k fully I called to confirm before I left because I had no faith in him and I didn't get a confirmation text. Glad I did because there was no appointment made he apologized and forgot who I even was made the appointment for the next day promised me a loaner. Again he didn't make the appointment like he said I waited 4 hours to get the confirmation and did t so I called service and made the appointment myself. When I went in the next day he had me wait instead of giving me the loaner, for that I wouldn't have waited a week with no cold ac. After waiting an hour he said the technicians checked it all and said it was blowing good. I just left I didn't want to deal with him anymore I live in Deltona and the trip was far for me. I'm going to deal with DeLand hopefully they can fix the problem because it still not blowing cold air More

Great customer service by Luis Rolon who greeted me and explained everything he was going to do for my car. He kept me informed of how the service area was doing and also gave me information on what would explained everything he was going to do for my car. He was kind and very respectable to me. More
