I found Tomes Subaru from DealerRater and let me tell you, they were absolutely AMAZING!!!! After a very negative and deceptive experience at another Subaru dealer, Tomes Subaru TOTALLY turned that aroun you, they were absolutely AMAZING!!!! After a very negative and deceptive experience at another Subaru dealer, Tomes Subaru TOTALLY turned that around for myself and my daughter! They did EXACTLY as they promised and didn't try to throw in any last-minute curve xxxxx. They communicated so well and stayed in contact throughout the process. Additionally, they gave me multiple points of contact in the event I had questions or needed *more* help! I'm 3.5 hours away from McKinney and they made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Chris was our sales consultant and completed "the deal", although he unfortunately was sick on the day I drove in to finalize everything. He asked Preston to help us and he was also great!! Jamie was an additional point of contact AND met us at the door upon arrival. She made sure we knew that she was available for anything we needed during our time there. They were also aware that we drove in on a Tuesday afternoon and I was hoping to get in and out quickly so we didn't get home super late that night! We were back on the road in under an hour!! Truly, I can't rate this dealership high enough! Highly recommend and probably the best experience in buying a vehicle I've had in my 43 years!! More

All I can say is WOW! After 25 years in a truck with 19 years in a Tacoma, I was ready for a change! I was met by some of the nicest salespeople, Okla and Chris. I was really surprised at how well this car handled, and not to mention all the safety features that are standard for Subaru! Of course, I was concerned after being in a truck and sitting up higher in the seat, but I was able to adjust the seat height to my liking, and I really didn't feel like I was sitting that low to the ground. I mean 9.5 inch clearance sure does help, too! I've had my CrossTrek for about two weeks now, and I can honestly say that I DO NOT MISS MY TRUCK at all! Spring for the Wilderness Package, you will not regret it! More
