My wife and I recently visited Mazda of Denton to check
out a SUV twice this week, but unfortunately had a terrible experience both times. The first time, the salesperson seemed disinterested and unhelpful

The second time, we were made to wait in the hall for at least 20 minutes without any acknowledgement or assistance from the staff, eventually we left. Both times, we felt like we were being rushed through the process. Additionally, we are not sure if dealership is disorganized and unprofessional, but our experience was not good. We noticed that there were not many customers in the dealership, so we don't believe the issue was with the staff being overwhelmed. As a result, we ended up going to the Honda dealership next door and had a much better experience. The Honda salesperson was very professional and welcoming, and we ended up liking a vehicle. We would not recommend Mazda of Denton to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
