After having the same car for 8 years, my wife and I set out to test drive a number of cars to decide what we would get next. Many dealers had no inventory at all, Bob Tomes VW told me they don't mark up MSRP, then proceeded to tell me that I was required to buy their "In/Out Protection" which was $5800 on top of MSRP. Frustrated and nearly defeated, I called Denton Mazda to see if they had any CX-9 on the lot. Chris Garner told me he had one, and in the color I wanted. He said he would email me the out the door price before I drove all the way there. No dealer add-ons, and no markup. He told me I would pay what's listed on the sticker, plus TTL, and that's exactly what I did. There was no BS to deal with, no back and forth, no haggling. It was refreshing to find both a salesman as transparent as Chris, as well as a dealership that respected their customers. I drove out there that evening, and drove home that night in a new CX-9. Chris was a pleasure to work with, and is as honest as they come. Colin Finnell in finance was also great to work with. He made the final process super easy, and worked with me on getting the extended warranty and things I needed for my new car. I would highly recommend Denton Mazda for the way they treat their customers. And if you want a salesman that will shoot straight with you, and is friendly and honest, then ask for Chris Garner. More

Denton Mazda contacted me out of the blue on a Tuesday evening to let me know that a CX-5 with the trim I wanted had just arrived on the lot. Unlike other dealerships, when I asked they were EXTREMELY up evening to let me know that a CX-5 with the trim I wanted had just arrived on the lot. Unlike other dealerships, when I asked they were EXTREMELY up front on what the out the door price would be. There were also NO added fees or packages, the list price was straight MSRP. I made an appointment for the next morning, and after a test drive and some minor negotiation about my trade-in, I drove off in a gorgeous new car. Salesman Chris Garner and Finance Manager Andrew Myers were very transparent about everything, didn't try any hard-sell tactics, didn't push when I told them no about extras, etc. It was a GREAT experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle in this crazy market. The only thing that I didn't like was that they don't accept outside financing, but the rate they were able to offer was close enough to my pre-approval rate that it wasn't a big issue. More
