I have used their service department for another Audi I had and found it to be an easy trip to the dealership, and only one per issue and they were very few to begin with. From the minute I walked in, everyon If you could go into a car dealer and not be stressed out about the upcoming experience, why wouldn't you do it? From the minute I walked in, everyone was welcoming and easy to deal with. I didn't feel like I was walking into shark infested waters. This is really a first class operation at Audi Freehold. Dealing with Florentino Ayende was a pleasure all through the purchase right up to delivery. No pressure at all and always attentive to my requests. I sincerely highly recommend them and am looking forward to many years of being a customer. More
