I would like to say, “I’ve seen the whole world,” but my world is small, figuratively speaking. I live a humble life with my family north of Columbus. I have three children with the love of my life, Sheila. My oldest, Rachael, has achieved her Ph.D. in Science at Ohio State and now is a manager of Richland Co. Parks Dept. Our son Christian is a father of 2 and teaches music at our Music store as well as leads praise and worship at a local Church, and Joel who works part-time and enjoys life. A family to complete one’s life. I began my sales career as a Milkman in 1991, then into car sales in March of 1998 at my local Honda dealership. In April of 2007, I moved my career to Germain Honda in Dublin. My goal is simple: everyone’s satisfaction is reached! So, enjoy life; “It’s only what we make it!” Consistently recognized as a Honda Council of Sales Leadership Gold Master and Platinum achiever, and a two-time national Top 100 Sales Guild honoree for sales and customer satisfaction.

Chris is a Wizard of Germain. I asked him if there was any way possible to obtain my "Dream Car" and he made it happy, he went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Everyone at Germain are friendly any way possible to obtain my "Dream Car" and he made it happy, he went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Everyone at Germain are friendly and patient. Chris and all of the people we met were great - they were all friendly and accomodating and we purchased and took delivery of our new Honda. Chris Glover is excellent to work with. This was my 2nd purchase with Chris, and I will continue to go back to Chris at Germain. He has such great knowledge about cars and his job. My experience at Germain was great. Chris gave me the right price for the vehicle I purchased and also for my trade in. Finacing was fast and easy. Jessica was very accessible and willing to communicate via email, which is something that I found most of the other dealerships were not so open to. She was willing to discuss price, rates, terms, etc. all before I even stepped foot into the store. I wasn't bombarded with endless "scripted" emails daily. Instead, she was very friendly and earned my trust right away. I visited the store that weekend, but learned that we couldn't get the monthly payment where I needed it to be. Jessica and Chris reached out to me the following week to let me know that with the new programs for the month, we could get the payment pretty close and invited me to come back. I can tell you that I was shopping around at other Honda dealerships and not one of them has called me back to advise me of the new programs for this month. That's personalized service and what will keep customers coming back. Chris was a pleasure to work with during the actual purchase and pick-up of our vehicle. Not your typical "pushy car salesman". He was more than willing to answer any questions we had and didn't leave us feeling pressured. Chris made us feel comfortable and is someone that I would recommend to others looking to purchase a Honda. It's the personalized service and honest approach that both Jessica and Chris offered that helped differentiate Germain Honda. More
