I would like to say, “I’ve seen the whole world,” but my world is small, figuratively speaking. I live a humble life with my family north of Columbus. I have three children with the love of my life, Sheila. My oldest, Rachael, has achieved her Ph.D. in Science at Ohio State and now is a manager of Richland Co. Parks Dept. Our son Christian is a father of 2 and teaches music at our Music store as well as leads praise and worship at a local Church, and Joel who works part-time and enjoys life. A family to complete one’s life. I began my sales career as a Milkman in 1991, then into car sales in March of 1998 at my local Honda dealership. In April of 2007, I moved my career to Germain Honda in Dublin. My goal is simple: everyone’s satisfaction is reached! So, enjoy life; “It’s only what we make it!” Consistently recognized as a Honda Council of Sales Leadership Gold Master and Platinum achiever, and a two-time national Top 100 Sales Guild honoree for sales and customer satisfaction.

My husband and I have leased three cars in the last 3.5 years from Chris Glover. His approach to sales is what keeps us coming back. We never felt pressured at any point. I chatted via IM with a nice lady, Jessica Kincaid, and set an appointment to come in. Upon arrival, I was greeted with many smiling faces, and was directed to my meeting with Chris Glover. He got me the same trade in offer that Car Max was offering, and was able to work with me payment wise to meet my budget. Ron Pastorius was the finance manager, and he was very kind and showed Germain's appreciation for having us as a customer. There were no surprises when Ron met with us to sign the papers. (previous car purchases at other dealers have always given me a different payment when signing the papers than what was agreed upon) I had purchased my 2007 Odyssey from Immke, and had an awful experience, so I was wary of the whole process again. Germain is a world of difference away from Immke. Chris was "no pressure" which was wonderful. As another young woman in a family business, I only wish I could have met Jessica Germain while there. :) Great experience! Maureen Koeninger More

Being retired military I am very picky with who I deal with. I used to have a 1996 Ford Taurus LX that I purchased new. That vehcile NEVER failed me but it out was totalled and I need another set of wheel with. I used to have a 1996 Ford Taurus LX that I purchased new. That vehcile NEVER failed me but it out was totalled and I need another set of wheels. I did alot of online research to ensure that I would get the BIGGEST BANG for the BUCK!!! I was going to purchase a used 09/10 Honda Accord but through detail discussion with Chris Glover, he said that he could get me in a "NEW" Accord. I told him what I wanted and what price range I need to stay in. He answered every question that I threw at him. I even tried to "trick" him to see if he was straight up and TRUE. YES!!! He PASSED with flying colors. I was in and out in no time. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. The Accord SE that I purchased is everything that I wanted in a car for the price I paid. THANKS!!! More
