I chatted via IM with a nice lady, Jessica Kincaid, and set an appointment to come in. Upon arrival, I was greeted with many smiling faces, and was directed to my meeting with Chris Glover. He got me the same trade in offer that Car Max was offering, and was able to work with me payment wise to meet my budget. Ron Pastorius was the finance manager, and he was very kind and showed Germain's appreciation for having us as a customer. There were no surprises when Ron met with us to sign the papers. (previous car purchases at other dealers have always given me a different payment when signing the papers than what was agreed upon) I had purchased my 2007 Odyssey from Immke, and had an awful experience, so I was wary of the whole process again. Germain is a world of difference away from Immke. Chris was "no pressure" which was wonderful. I was going to purchase a used 09/10 Honda Accord but through detail discussion with Chris Glover, he said that he could get me in a "NEW" Accord. I told him what I wanted and what price range I need to stay in. He answered every question that I threw at him. I even tried to "trick" him to see if he was straight up and TRUE. YES!!! He PASSED with flying colors. I was in and out in no time. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. The Accord SE that I purchased is everything that I wanted in a car for the price I paid. THANKS!!! More

Chris was great to work with - he was knowledgeable, patient, didn't pressure us in any way for either sale, and answere Honda in the last 6 months. He did everything he could to make the experience pleasant from start to finish - even when there was a bit of a wait to meet with the finance person. When we took delivery of the car he was there to make sure it met our expectations and to again make sure we didn't have questions. After the sale, he followed up to make sure everything was okay with the car and to see if we had questions at that time. We have also had the first service on one of the cars and it was a great experience - easy, very professional, friendly service staff, on time and quick! Even the service waiting area is set up to make the customer as comfortable as possible, paying attention to varying needs (a quiet work area, drinks, tv area and kid friendly). We have always loved the Honda brand and will continue to work with Chris at Germain! More
